Maine Gal over 50 looking for support and to be supportive

Hi...my name is Marion, but I like to go by Merny....I've got over 100 lbs to lose, and I know it's not going to be easy....I tend to start out gung ho, but then revert back to my old ways if things aren't moving as fast as I'd like....And, I've always done it on my own.....So now I figure it's time I start journaling as I've seen suggested many times and find some buddies.....This weight is so adversly affecting my way of life, along with other medical issues, that if i don't do something now, it won't be long before I'll end up in the hospital or worse.
