Muscle Building/ Fat Burning

I'm new and i need some buddies to talk too about building muscle and burning fat at the sometime. Because i am running out of ideas, actually i may be going to the gym to much. I go twice a day, but i'm not sure if i need to cut back or continue the same routine. So if you have any words of wisdom....please feel free to instruct me on what i am doing. Also if their are any supplements that you use please let me know because sometime the guy at GNC as no clue.
