I am struggling , ive started my diet since yesterday again and so far ihave resisited a take away today..
but tomorrow night, i am staying round my dads and going to work , both places are ahving a take out for celebration!!
has anyone got any advice which will help meee with my motivation and keep dieting? pleasee helppp!!!

Try portion control. And if there are any non-breaded chicken or fish type options you could do that. Additionally, I'd eat an apple before going. They really help curb my appetite.0
