I've been tracking my food and losing weight on MFP since 7/11/09. I think it is the neatest & easiest way to watch what you are doing to your body with food.:noway: I have lost 6 lbs since starting here. I had lost 34 lbs since Jan 29th. I decided I had to turn my self around. I've been gaining weight for 25 years. I love my God and Lord Jesus. GO you all!!! I wish you all the strength to reach your goals!! I'm gonna do it!

Think of this as a new way of life, not just a temporary diet.
It always helps me to log my food first before I eat so there are no surprises.
Find a group to be part of and check in with them every day

Thanks barbiecat for the welcome. This is new stuff to me and alot to figure out. :indifferent: but I am still going strong on my determination. Gonna have some fun with it along the way! I don't know why forcing the water dodwn is so hard to do. I keep trying. I guess I have given myself to every one else for so long that taking the time for myself doesn't occurr to me.
