The Train Has De-Railed

Hi my name is Saed. Ive used MFP since I started my journey. In total for about a month straight I was doing Herbalife and measuring everything I intaked and adding it to my MFP. I lost a total of 17 pounds but gained about 4 pounds back. Ive caught myself saying im going to start but always fall short of it. In that month of eating healthy I didnt really do much exercise. I plan on starting a daily regimen of walking and 2 to 3 times a week lifting weights (low weight high reps) but it just seems hard eating the correct portion and above that the healthier more natural foods. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, THANK YOU

    I know some don't agree, but when I've been good all week I give myself an extra 600 cals on Saturday or Sunday and I have strated to call it a my reward day instead of my cheat day! It really helps me because it gives me enough cals to have say, a small piece of cheesecake or steak instead of chicken or ice cream with peanut butter (I love this stuff)!

    Now, aside from that, Get off your *kitten* and get movin'! Start tomorrow. You know you can do it because you already did it! (Warning: Useless cliche): Get on that wagon and drive away!!!
