I have plateaued and dont know what to do??

I started working out in Feb and since have lost about 20 lbs. and about 7 inches off of my hips and waist but here in the last few weeks my numbers just will not budge. I am unsure of what to do. Since I have started this weight loss journey I have cut out a lot of the bad food I used to eat and decreased my portion size dramatically. I FEEL HUNGRY ALL THE TIME!!!! I do insanity 6 days a week as well as walk 3-4 miles a day. I am beginning to get discouraged which turns into me obsessing and wanting to eat even more. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

could you do a different work out? Sometimes you need to add something new to give your weight loss a kick to keep going.0
