Diet and Excercise

I was looking on Videos on You Tube, and find one, where a woman was saying that when you want to loose weight, 80% is diet and only 20% is excercise. according her and time magazine

what do you people think?

    Yep, that's pretty much spot on. I eat at a deficit to lose weight. I exercise to be fit and look better. Of course they go hand in hand, but exercise is not necessary for losing weight.

    Yes. You can't outwork a bad diet.
