Fifty Shades Darker and face stuffing

Yesterday was my spike day,and I didn't log anything... but know I did poorly...
Today was going to be a good day, I was sure... I got all the snacking out of my system. Wrong! I spent the majority of the day engulfed in Fifty Shades Darker and mindlessly snacking. I logged every horrific calorie.
I then decided today wasn't going to be a complete failure, so I popped in Jillian Michaels. OMG! I literally was choking on my heartbeat. I never realized exactly how much "proper" nutrition mattered until I was able to closely compare a "good" eating day to a horrible.
Lesson learned! Tomorrow is a new day!

Thats the way to do it! Bad days will happen. You will slowly phase them out and be able to employ the "junk food" into your day to day activity in a way that it won't hurt your diet and you won't feel the need for a spike day but till then, you will fall and trip. Key is to be able to get up again and you've done that so bravo!
I always like to workout before or after eating "bad" food to compensate some of the eating I did that day0
