Hi all!

Quick question, shouldmI do the Jillian beginner DVD daily (as in frontside one day and backside the other) or have a day in between?

    Shouldn't it say in the DVD? If it doesn't, then try doing them daily and if you stall, incorporate some rest days.

    I did it daily. Frontside one day, backside the next, and did it from just before Easter until I bought 30 ds June 1. Doing that now. I think it prepared me somewhat for the shred.
