Hey guys,
After ready all the stuff on eating more and the right amount etc. i have upped my calories.. i was eating a VERY unhealthy 700 before and am gradually getting up to 1,000 and hopefully soon hit the 1,200 mark. Anyway, since i have been eating more i have been sluggish and find myself easily tired after exercise was just wondering if anyone had any sort of explanation. Before when i was consuming like 600-700 cals i was less tired all the time.. any advice?

Starvation can actually increase the amount of adrenaline in your system since your sympathetic NS is consistently stimulated. If the amount is decreasing, the parasympathetic system would kick in, making you feel more relaxed/tired. You are also still undereating, and that could contribute to it. I think you'll feel much better when you are eating a healthy amount.0

I agree with song and in addition, when you take your body to extremes it will tell you when you need to ease up and that usually comes in the form of exhaustion. You need to eat more and level out your exercise a bit and find a healthy routine so you can make it through the day with energy!0

Your body is asking for rest. As much as you can, give it to it.
It will readjust as you add more calories. Try adding in some liquid calories (I was undereating when I started here, and that helped me a lot) like a protein shake or a smoothie. I still rely on protein shakes on my low appetite days.
