    thank you for this, we have pretty much the same stats. My starting weight was 171, current is 156 and goal is 145 so your pics defintely helped motivate me!!

    You look great. We're the same height and both have small frames, but your abs look far, far better at 147 than mine do at 129. I'm jealous :). Congratulations on amazing results.
