Exercise substitues

Hey everyone..So I've been doing Jillian's 30DS and BFBM for about a week now. Unfortunately, I have a very week shoulder as a result of which I cannot do the planks and push ups and other similar exercise that involves supporting the body on yours hand/shoulders. Its not that I cannot do it but the problem is that my right shoulder tires swiftly, so I end up having an imbalance in the workout. My left works out a lot more than my right and there is uneven distribution of weight on the shoulders when I do those exercises. So, can anyone suggest anything else, any other exercise, as dynamic and strengthening as her moves that does not involves as much stress so that I can substitute her moves for those.
