Stuck for 3 months

So i lost 21 lbs in 4 months ... And now i m stuck at a weight for almost. 10 weeks ....loose 2 then gain it back ....i tried several things ...troed eating low carb ,lost 2 lbs then gained it back ....tried exact 1200 calories for 2 weeks didnt help, tried carb cycling , switching excersices, tried calorie cycling , almost everything i heard on plateaus i have tried. Now i am not able to decide what shud be my next step...i still have 20 lbs to go for my goal (not ideal) weight.
I do insanity,p90x and running now...started running more from this week...will see if that helps...but back to my devision , i feel i have a few choices...can you guys please suggest which one is the best...i do not want to spen too much money in one shot...
1. Buy bodymediafit band and do 7000 calorie deficit per week
2. Go for RMR testing
3. Start with a meal replacement shake for dinner
4. See an endocronologist


I enter my foods and excersices in myfitnesspal and also tried no carb at dinner for 2 weeks.i dring lot of water and geeen tea, sometimes take fiber supplement.please help me decide...scale is sodemotivating...thanks!

    I've had the same issue. It should not have to be this tough..for people doing the work it should come off you would think! Good luck!
