Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

So I just started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred tonight but when I go to log my exercise I can't seem to find it in the system to log. Does anyone know how many caleories you burn when doing this working out? It was Stage 1 for 20 minutes,

    Unfortunately I have no idea how to track it! If you log circuit, and the amount of minutes that is pretty accurate.

    I too asked this question, and most people responded that they attributed 20 minutes of circuit training under the cardio section. That is what I have been doing. I guess ideally to get a HRM, but this seems to work.

    Are you following the easy lady or the hard lady? I do the easy mods so I log it as Curves Circut Training. That is about 50 cals less for me than the standard circut training.
