Confused about "net" calories...for example...
My total amount of calories I start the day with is 1400. I worked out on the elliptical this morning which burned 256 calories, Circuit trained for 379 calories and Bicycle for 66 calories. This earned me 701 for exercise. So right now my home screen says Goal 1400, Food +1480 Exercise -701 and Net 779. What does the net mean? It also says I have 621 calories remaining. HELP!

Net (Netto) calories are the calories you eat MINUS the cals you burn. It's theamount of cals you "actually consumed" (the rest is worked off). You should aim to have at least 1200 net cals.0

It means eat 621 cals more today to reach your recommended dailyo calorie intake.0
