What's the weirdest thing that you've done during a workout? What's the weirdest thing that's happened to you during a workout?

I was doing my 30 Day Shred routine today; and I was so focused on it and pushing myself so hard that I drooled on myself.

I was doing squats during 30DS and totally crop dusted the living room....five squats in a row.

Hahahaha, that's fantastic! Happens to me, too. Exercise loosens up those intestines!

I do lots and lots of math on the treadmill to keep me occupied. Examples: if I burn this many calories per minute how many total will I burn? Or if I walk at 3.5 mph how far will I walk in 15 minutes? If ive walked 4/5 of my time and burned this many calories whathow many do I have left to burn? Okay, so its dorky but keeps me occupied

I'm actually an Actuarial Science major at my university, which is a branch of mathematics; so I completely understand. Math is beautiful and fascinating.

I fainted in the gym working out with my trainer and caused a scene.

Let’s just say ab exercises & a gas bloated stomach are not a good combination at the gym.

I’ve been cut off by traffic while cycling, to the point where I swerved from a moving car & skidded my back tire to try & avoid a parked car, tagged the parked cars bumper w/ my rear wheel & bent my rim pretty good.

Finally, taking a break in the woods on my mountain bike to take in a scenic overlook, I was leaning against a tree clipped into my pedals, lost my balance & rolled sideways about 30-40 yards down a steep incline & could have gone much further. It was all I could do to get myself & the bike up the hill. Bleeding, filthy & w/ torn clothes I got back to the car without running across anyone which was the biggest success that day.

When I took Latin, I would recite ending charts to myself on long runs to keep my mind occupied. When other people ran or biked by, it was sort of embarrassing!

Got super energetic in my living room doing jumping jacks for 30DS, stuck my hand in the running ceiling fan. Didn't know I could get that high, maybe it's an NSV? lol
