Would like to start healthier lifestyle...and lose 20 lbs.

Hello,
My name is Rebecca and I am currently in the process of trying to lose about 20 lbs. It's extremely hard for me to eat right because my job allows me one break in a 10 hour shift...so I have to make sure I eat great breakfast, then hopefully don't starve before break at work.

I am currently working out about 2 - 3 times a week. I want to lose weight but also I love how exercising helps me sleep better.

Hopefully I can reach my goal by August.
