My friend told me about this website. I was working out with her in the mornings but I'm not a morning person. I just hate going to the gym with a bunch of people there so motivation to work out is starting to slack. I'm trying to find a time I can go and not have a bunch of people there but its difficult. I hope this will help me with motivation. The tools seem good. I have about 70lbs to get rid of so I need to get motivated somehow...

    Hi Im new too. This is my second day. I just started working out yesterday after many years (19) to be exact of not working out seriously. A friend of mine turned me onto this site also and I absolutely love it. It is helping me be accountable and see things that I dont usually even think about. I wish you the best. I think were both off to a great start and with a little encouragement here and there, I think we'll be ok.
