late nite snacker

I do very good during the day watching my calories but then at nite it seems like i havent ate enough that day.i dont want to snack cuz i know i would not want to stop. night time is when i get the most depressed my kids are asleep and all i seem to do is think about all the stress that i have going on rite now. any good suggestions on how to solve this problem.

    I would always snack at night before but I stopped little by little by just keeping myself busy or If i was really hungry instead of grabbing some chips I would just get an apple. I'm pretty new at this too so I dont know what would work for you. Good luck!

    at night is when i get depressed more cuz my kids r in bed and i have quiet time to think about all the stress i have rite now
