Hello. I have been on a mission using weight watchers and loving it. I have lost 20 pounds in 5 weeks and motivated! I hate exercise!! I have been going Zumba twice a week foe the past 3 weeks and slowly seeing my progress with the physical side. I bought a Bicycle and went for a short ride today for about 20 minutes on my country roads. Two long upgrades (not steep) and I did minimal walking. Lol
I like biking and hope tp push my self a little every day and go longer and longer! Can't wait to here everyone's progress and accomplishments.
