So for the past few days I have been doing yoga. I haven't actually gone in and done classes, but either by video or demonstration via phone. I have done over 3 hours in two days and I have to say, for me, it's a pretty fun exercise! I normally walk 3-5 miles several days a week and feel no real burn, but with this I feel a burn everywhere! Some may say that's not a good thing, but I love it. I'd love to hear success stories about weight loss with yoga, or just your thoughts and opinion on the subject. I will continue to update this with my progress.

By the way so far in my weight loss journey I have lost 30 pounds just by dieting and walking. I hope to lose another 50 or so pounds. If you have any questions or comments let me know!:happy:
