Hey i'm on here like everyone else trying to lose all that extra weight. I love working out and as much as i love working out i love to eat too, that's my problem. So this is me trying to get my calorie consumption under control. I have already been on here for a week now, but i'm weighing in on Sunday's i'm really exicted to see how i did this week.
