I'm going to start training this weekend for a 5K I've signed up for on 09/29. I've tried the couch to 5K prior but have a hard time following the schedule due to a tight work schedule and four young children. I was thinking that I could run at small intervals at the track (save the embarrassment of my *kitten* shakin' on the sidewalks). Four years ago, I did running this way too. I would give myself one time walking around the track, then run for a 1/4 of the track, walk 1/4, run 1/4, walk, then second time around, I'd do a 1/3 run then walk then run. Building up.
I know I can do it, it's just getting there.

You've got this! Slow and steady increments, consistency and attitude will take you there! Good luck!0
