This isn't really a recipe, but for those who like their sweets but don't want to overindulge...

1/2 cup Special K red berries cereal
1/2 cup Special k chocolately delight cereal
1/2 banana
Put the above in a bowl. Add some Pure Silk coconut milk (45 calories per serving for the milk)

I think this will satisfy your sweet tooth.
