I was outside smoking at my usual spot. A guy who works for another company in the same building was walking by. He said "Hey, Joe." (that's not my name, but it's what he always calls me, I may correct him someday). He goes to the door to walk in, pauses, looks at me and says "Have you lost weight?"

I smiled, said "Yeah." He nodded, said "All right!" and walked in.

By the time I was done smoking, I was still smiling.
