We recently made a casserole and just totaled all the calories, sodium, etc. and divided by the servings in the pan. Is this accurate or does the cooking change things very much?

Thats how I do it also when I make something I just add up all the calories and see how many serving it is and divide it up .Thank goodness Hubby is on this with me. I make spinach lasagna and cut into 12 peices avg about 225per piece. Freezes well.0
