We recently made a casserole and just totaled all the calories, sodium, etc. and divided by the servings in the pan. Is this accurate or does the cooking change things very much?

I'm pretty sure that's accurate. I do that to.

Thats how I do it also when I make something I just add up all the calories and see how many serving it is and divide it up .Thank goodness Hubby is on this with me. I make spinach lasagna and cut into 12 peices avg about 225per piece. Freezes well.
