My boyfriend has been so proud of me for keeping up with my diet and committing to p90x. He came home from work, saw me pushing through Ab Ripper X, and immediately got down in his work clothes and helped coach me. He trudged through the entirety of the workout and complained of being sore for the next 2 hours. Gotta say, his form looks pretty good though!
