"MAKING PERSONAL CHANGES TAKES COURAGE, PLANNING, PERSISTENCE AND WILL"

Questions like "What do I want to accomplish?" and "What will make me the happiest?" are difficult to answer. What's even more difficult is cultivating a plan to achieve them. But, you must, Making a plan gives you direction and purpose.

Take some time to decide what really matters.
Brainstorm and figure out what you need to do to make things happen. No one but you can do this. If you don't, you risk letting others make plans for you.

Don't settle for less than you are worth.
Create and cultivate your goals and aspirations. Think about them, decide how you are going to achieve them, and patiently pursue them.

Its all UP TO YOU and YOU CAN DO IT! Take action today!

  • Perfect timing for me to read this! Just got back from working out with my trainer and weighing in which actually turned out really good! I'm one who believes "you can achieve it - if you just believe it" though sometimes I manage to doubt myself and lose inspiration! I'm almost at my "60 pounds lost" goal (2 more pds to go) and these last 10 pds have had me thinking negative thoughts instead of saying "YOU CAN DO IT - its all UP TO ME! Thanks for posting it.:happy: :smile:

    Here is a little additional motivator, I think it goes along with what K has to say.

    You need to be your own excusinator and blast excuses into oblivion. Write down your excuses down, now write solutions. “I’m not feeling well” becomes “I’ll start with 10 minutes”
