Meal Planning! Suggestions, please!

Does anyone know of any websites/apps that will plan your meals for the day/week according to your kcal limit?

I don't have a problem staying at my 1,200 kcal/day, but I find myself eating a lot of the same things over and over. Honestly, I don't mind it too much but something new would be good too.

I don't mind living on grilled chicken/fish & veggies, but if I could find something to make suggestions or give a shopping list it would take some of the work out of it for me - that would be awesome!

Suggestions.. Please.
