Weekend Jump Start Challenge

I have been looking for new ways to add cardio to my workouts. I want them to be interesting, fun, and calorie burning activities. With the kids out of school, the weekend can become an all-day buffet filled with quick, high calorie snacks to keep the kiddies happy. My challenge is as follows:
Over the weekend drink at least 10 8oz glasses of water per day.
No calories 3 hours till bedtime
Introduce at least 1 new cardio workout into the rotation
Eat at least one salad
Over the weekend walk at least for 30 minutes total
Workout for at least 1 day over the weekend (I sometimes will take the weekend off from working out like exercise and my health are a job :-).
Keep at or under my daily calorie requirements.
