Plateaued at 131 - upping the calories now!

So I've been doing an EXTENSIVE bit of reading about this whole eating more thing.

I've been doing the 1200 calories a day thing for about 2 months now and lost a good bit of weight. Finally got down to 130 (which was my original goal weight).. but have since decided I'd like to get to 125. Well the past couple weeks I've been stuck at 130-131. I've upped my calories a little bit.. but with that also added 5 days of cardio a week with that. I made it though so that I still averaged between 1200-1350 a day. Well now I'm upping my calories to 1450.. continuing my cardio routine (nothing heavy - just a 200 calorie burn a day).. and plan on eating back my exercise calories.
REALLY hoping that this will break my plateau.
SUPER nervous about the almost guaranteed initial weight gain though as my body readjusts. :/
Any words of wisdom??

I started the Eat More to Weigh Less regime today too.

I joined the group and read around it too, I posted the main links to stickies and calculators in my profile if you haven't found them already during your research. I also decided to start blogging my progress, but this may fall by the wayside.

It's too soon for me to give words of wisdom but if you are not already in the Eat More to Weigh Less group I suggest joining (link to group in my profile).

From what I understand, some folks gain a couple pounds when they up their calories the first week, but then the pounds start comming off again. Give it more that a week! And keep up the cardio!!
p.s I'd love to know how you are doing in a couple of weeks as I am considering upping my calories as well, but I still have a lot more to loose than you do!!

    Have a great weekend!

Woke up this morning about just about where I've been. Not sure why but in my head I imagined that once I upped my calories by about 300 I would instantly gain back the 30lbs I lost. haha
    Delusions of a MFP'er! ;)

So I've been eating at 1450-1500 and have begun losing weight again. I broke my plateau this morning and was 129.8!
Looking forward to eating more and losing weight! :D
