Anyone have the nutritional informatoin on the Strawberry, Spinach and Arugula Salad w/ Salmon at Kelsey's?

    as it's part of their new menu I dont think its on their nutritionals yet :grumble:

    if it's anything like their other "healthy" salads lol it will be between 600-1000 cals

    Thanks for the info...I saw (too late) what their other salads are...I'm dreading what this one might "cost me". At least I got the dressing on the side...

    i used to LOVE their taco salad til i saw it was over 1000 cal :noway:

    granted i never used the dressing or ate the bowl...but still:grumble:
    back to making them at home lol
