We're camping and for breakfast, this morning, I made a buttery kippers and eggs shirataki stir fry with diced smoked sausage.

It was unbelievably good!

Simply follow the my recipe for the bacon and egg shirataki stir fry found here:

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/617235-323-calorie-bacon-and-egg-shirataki-breakfast-stir-fry

Substitute one can of kippers (110 calories) and one diced smoked sausage (110 calories) for the bacon.

That adds 140 calories to the recipe (433 calories total) but if you use a pound of shirataki noodles it will amply serve two (217 calories/serving).

For extra flavor include the broth that the kippers come packed in.

I purchased the can of kippers and an 8-pack of smoked sausages from the Dollar Tree ($1/ea) so it was a very inexpensive meal, too.
