Anyone familiar with La Plata, MO?

I'm looking for a nice restaurant in the La Plata area. A dear friend of mine who lives there is going through some of the hardest trials right now and I want to get her and her husband a gift cert for dinner at a nice restaurant. I know La Plata is a tiny town, but anywhere within a 30 minute drive would be fantastic.

Any ideas? I've found one - The Pear Tree... but I would really appreciate any other suggestions. I live nowhere near her and don't know the area at all.
