So, I could eat this salad every day (and I'm not a salad person)
Mixed greens or spinach
Feta
Bacon
Strawberries
Red onion
Snappea crisps

I got a good balsamic to go with it, but I don't use it most of the time because this is so good on its own!

What's your favorite meal?

I don't have a name for it, but here it is,

I get a chicken, smother it in tumeric and cinnamon, brown it on each side, mix low sodium chicken soup, ginger and onion, bake it for 45 minutes, pull it out, throw in cilantro, lemon 1 tsp of honey and kalamata olives, then bake it for another 30 minutes.

    It's SOOO good!

    I love making;
    Dorito's (nacho or jacked-flavor - 1 serving size, about 6 chips)
    Black beans
    Shredded taco chicken meat
    salsa
    sour cream.
    Yum..
  • If I were still eating meat, I would have to say a huge plate of HOT buffalo wings and a yuengling black and tan....These days it's more like spaghettie squash with marinara, some cheese and broccoli with a salad on the side....Yummy!

I am hooked on this for lunch - three scrambled egg whites on a plate next to 2-3 cups of spinach cooked in light margarine. It's so tasty and quick to make and it totals up like this --

    Calories - 111
    Carbs - 3
    Fat - 5
    Protein - 12
    Fiber - 1
    Sugar - 0

My current missions are to make sure I'm getting all the protein I should (I'm vegetarian) each day and to cut back on my sugar intake. This meal is awesome for that and doesn't cut into my calorie count by much at all! And also very important - it tastes great!
