I will be finishing up Body Revolution July 1st and need something to do for about 6 weeks until my kids are back in school and I start P90X. I have all Jillian's DVDs, and would love to do a rotation of those, but not really sure where to start, or which ones would be the best. Does anyone have any ideas or follows a rotation plan yourself??

    Just a suggestion, but...

If you've gone through all her DVDs then you should have picked up a lot of the fundamentals of exercise science by now. Why not put your own program together based on the science behind it that you've learned from going through her program?

I'm a huge JM fan! I don't have all of her DVD's but I have a few. For the past few weeks I've been on the Extreme Shed & Shred kick doing both levels a few times a week. In the last week or so I've started switching it up with other dvd's just so I don't get too used to doing just the one video. I don't have a specific rotation "schedule", but for instance this week:

    Monday: Extreme Shed & Shred
    Tuesday: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
Wednesday: 6 Week 6 Pack & Yoga Meltdown
    Thursday: Extreme Shed & Shred
Friday: 6 Week 6 Pack (I normally would have done another shorter video with this one, but I'm going hiking this weekend and don't want to go too crazy.)

I just basically try to do Extreme Shed & Shred 2-3 times a week and do other videos the other days. I just do whichever video I feel like doing.

I love them. They are so tough. I'm working on 30 day shred right now with yoga meltdown. I'm going to work in shred with weights too soon.

I started working out 11 weeks after having my baby and began with the 30 day shred. I then did 6 week 6 pack and killer buns and thighs alternating them every day for a few weeks. This worked well for me. I have now started ripped in 30. I find all of her workouts effective and are really helping me lose the baby weight. Well done on your weight loss.

I just ordered this last night! Since it is so new I had a hard time finding reviews, but since I love her others so much, I figured I can't go wrong! How did you like it? Did you follow the nutrition program?

While I'm waiting, I'm rotating through No More Trouble Zones, 6 pack abs, Extreme Shred, and Yoga meltdown! So excited to get them though! I ordered insanity and did it for about 20 days, but I just didn't care for it. It surely kicks *kitten* for cardio, but it just wasn't vesitile enough. And I NEED weights!

I plan on doing P90x after this after Jillian. I did 2 rounds about a year ago, and just loved it.

I am LOVING Body Revolution. I only have about 5lbs more to lose, so I haven't followed the meal plan. I eat between 1500-1700 a day. I also add in extra cardio.
