Hi everyone,
I just had my dinner and I feel full , feel heavy but I feel like eating more I wish to eat something else. But today I didn't exercise as usual and I feel so bad .... depressed ... and I feel like my body retains water ...

do you really feel hungry, or do you just crave the chewing sensation? If you don't think you are actually hungry, but just crave the sensation, chew some sugarless gum. Chewing for some adults is similar to using a pacifier for a small child--it helps you relax and organize your thoughts.0

you should try working out.. even if you do a workout video at home, there are cool vids on youtube, or netflix.. I hate working out sometimes, especially since I have to waiting until 10 or 11pm when my kids fall asleep but when I am done, and my *kitten* is drenched with sweat.. I FEEL GOOOOOOOOOOOOD!! and yes also to what Sarahrbraun said I like to chew gum..0
