My weight loss

Im so freaken glad I started this program. It's really helping me to track what im doing all across the bord. Im 5/10 at 262 at my last weigh in and my goal is a 70pound weight loss and im 8 pounds down so far.

    You tend to pay attention to what you measure and have goals for. I've found that I've asked myself the foloowing question from time to time: "do I really want to eat this and put it in my dairy?"

    Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

    But it has you think. With a little (or a lot) of exercise, awareness of what you eat and portion size, you can be amazed at what you can accomplish.
