Need some help!

I need to lose 50-60 lbs. I am in my first few weeks and have been walking 30 min at 4.0 with a little jogging at 5.0 mixed in about 3-4 times a week.

My question:

Will I be able to keep losing at a decent pace in my situation? Has anyone else been sucessfull with exercising like me? If you have please let me know how much weight/time.
