  • I work in an office, 3rd shift. I have dual monitors ... MFP is always up! 12 hours. I even bring my resistance bands to do an upper body workout while i'm here. Multitasking like a BOSS!

    same here. no resistance bands though. I have downtime so I'll go outside and walk/jog for 20-30 mins sometimes longer on the weekends when it's even less busy. my co-workers are cool with it and support me.

    I second this....and I also have a pedal bike that fits nicely under the desk
