I need advice!!!

I have a Polar FT4. I really enjoy having a HRM. I do NOT like the fact that it's so touchy. If the chest band it a quarter inch off where it's suppose to be it will not pick up my HR. I am so sick of messing with it for 5-15 mins before working out.

I have looked up a few HRM...
1. The Garmin FR70: I like the style and options. I do not like the price but if it works ALL the time I will put money into it.
2. The Mio Motiva Strapless: I like the style and the fact that it doesn't require a chest band. Due to that fact I wonder how accurate it is...

If you have either of these please tell me your thoughts. I have looked at reviews and I am still undecided so I thought why not ask my MFP peeps!

Thanks for reading

If you are having contact issues, then the problem might be your anatomy vs the design of the chest strap. In that case, you might have issues with any chest strap HRM.

OTOH, non-chest strap HRMs are useless, at least when it comes to overall accuracy.

I would recommend playing around some more with your FT4.
