My name is Sara Van Leeuwen and I am 28. I have a 2 year old daughter named Kiana and I have been fat pretty much my whole life. I finally decided after a few medical scares and all of my family nagging me that it was time to do something about my weight. I started my journey at 340 lbs...
To keep myself focused on my goal, I am constantly on MFP, I am writing a blog (www.sara-garrett.blogspot.com) and I am forcing myself to try things I never have before. I am using Turbo Jam to workout and for once I enjoy working out. I am looking forward to some new friends and giving as well as getting a lot of positive support from this site. Here's to a lighter me!
