So today I was terrible at lunch... Or no? I'm not really sure what is considered bad or not so bad... It say's I have 100 calories left for today after my lunch but I was planning on working out tonight. I was thinking at first that as long as I'm in the 1200 allowed calories than whatever I have would be fine as long as I don't go over. Now I see that there is a carbs, fat, protein section..I'm so confused and want to make sure I'm doing this right... Still trying to figure this site out!! Any help is appreciated!!!

The carb protein fat section is basically a look at your entire consumption of food you have taken that day. It allows you to see out of what you ate how much of it was of each. So say you ate 1200 cals in one day that section will show you what percentage was fat protein carbs. Its a way of looking to make sure your having a healthy balanced diet. For my diet it recommends that out of all my food intake I should make 55% carbs 30% fat, 15 % protein to help me lose weight. I hope this helped in explaining it for you.

I mostly pay attention to the calories, but I watch my sodium and fiber also. On days I work out, I try to get as much protein as possible, and stay away from a lot of fats, but as long as I stay in the green, I mostly worry about the cals.
