Rain Jacket for Cycling

I need a proper jacket for biking in the rain, with the longer back side so the stuff that flies off the back tire doesn't give me a black stripe from my bum to my helmet!

What do you wear and what brands are the "good" ones to get? I don't mind spending a few bucks on one if its gonna do the trick right, and keep me dry and let me bike when its still rainy!
