I do not drink soda (diet or otherwise) and try to avoid artificial sweeteners, the exception being Stevia in my coffee. I came across a new company producing natural, non-preservative sodas, energy drinks, beer and even ice cream. Anyone ever try them? Any thoughts on this? Good idea or just another gimmick

It is sold at my natural health store. My husband tried the Ginger Ale and found it OK. I see a lot of people buying this brand.

Have you tried Zevia? I think it is OK not my favorite in terms of natural sodas.

The one I really like is the 365 Brand from Whole Foods. The lime flavor is delicious. No artificial flavors or colors. All natural. The cola is good too if you are looking for a cola flavor.

Reed's has been around for a while, they are a pretty good company. I love the extra ginger and the anti nausea brew was great when i was pregnant. There is also blue sky soda, they are all natural and have a calorie free version. I love the cherry vanilla and orange cream sodas.

We indulge in Zevia and Blue Sky in my house when there's a craving for a soda. Love that they are sweetened with Stevia. Daughter gets headaches from artificial sweeteners, and I just won't allow them (or excessive sugar consumption via a beverage) in my home.

We also drink soda water with lime if there is a bubble desire - both at home and eating out. No sweeteners at all, and it's a great "treat".

Haven't seen the Reed's brand around here just yet, but we'll check it out.
