    wow! that is an amazing difference! I would have thought from the pics that there was way more than 31 pounds dropped!

    You did a GREAT job!! Thanks for letting us know you plateaued for a long time. I have gained back 5 lbs and haven't been able to lose it. I am doing a better jos of using MFP and analyzing what I am eating. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!

    during that time i did fluctuate up to 3-4 lbs (there was a lot going on.. funerals etc.) but .. never give up!
