Not really sure what to do. Have the food diary app on my phone but not good at updating it
I just wanted ti find somewhere theres people like me eager to be slimmer and fitter. Is there
Anyone simular height and weight as me. 5 4, 9 stone 12.

    Hey there! I am new too!

    So the best thing I have found to do is make logging MFP a must-do.
    A huge encouragement to do this I have found is by getting a HRM for your workouts, then get a fitbit for during the day/sleep. This way you more or less have all your calories going in and all your calories going out logged. Of course they are not nessicary, but i found it hard to keep myself logging my calorie intakes without knowing how many calories i was burning in the gym.
    Now that I got a 3 piece system going (MFP+HRM+fitbit) and they all talk to each other, its easy as pie to maintain.
