Range of calories?

Do you have a range of calories around your goal that you consider acceptable? Like, you allow yourself to be this many calories over or under your goal?

    I have no set number, but I just understand if it was a good day or not. It depends on how busy I was, or what food options I had to take. It just depends. And I never get mad about being calories under...

    Yes, my goal is 1870 and acceptable is 1800-2200.My maintenance is 2278 so if I go up to that (rarely) it is okay.

    Yep: 1350 to 1420. I worked with a nutritionist to come up with that. I'm 5'2 95 pounds. I work out 5-6 hours a week (hard core weights and marathon training) and I've maintained my weight for 15 years.
