what is your activity level set to? consider bumping it up a notch if not two if it's at sedentary, as that's far from sedentary... but then you'd not need to log all / as much of the exercise.

If you have a HRM you could always wear it while working to see exactly how many calories you are burning while you are there. Then you can create a specific exercise for it if you would like and log the calories you burn into your diary that way.

If you're doing all that walking you should invest in a pedometer

True exercise is where you get your heart rate up, and do some heavy breathing.

For example, someone who never walks may begin walking, and she huffs and puffs and gets worn out at first. This is a calorie burn. But after a while her body gets used to the walking and the calorie burn diminishes. You have to actually get your heart rate up to burn calories IMO

umm, I wear a bodymedia fit and on rest days I can burn 2400 calories total just from cleaning the house and making dinner and taxi-ing the kids around. Sure the more fit you get the less calories you burn but don't discredit it.

I understand and I agree. The OP was questioning regular work she did and my point was that doing repetitive movements over time causes less calories to be burned because your body gets used to doing said movements.
