Currently walking/jogging 6 miles... what's a good, low calorie post-workout snack?

I have a nice protein shake after my workouts.

i usually do my workouts late so i usually eat dinner afterwards..
BUT if I am off schedule and do an early work out my snack would be a piece of fruit and some almonds or some black beans.
HOwever, i have stumbled across some protein bars (that arent low calorie) but are yummy especially after a workout or afternoon snack.
but if you just jogged 6 miles you just burned a lot of calories so a protein bar wont hurt ya!0 -
